Quality Assurance Technician

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support a growing and innovative pharmaceutical company in Lynwood, CA.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Technician

• Perform line QA checks and review documentation during manufacturing/filling operations.
• Verify sanitation, cleaning, and changeover procedures.
• Double-check lot numbers, labels, and batch records for accuracy.
• Act as a second layer of compliance verification before release
• Support investigations, deviations, and trend reporting as needed.
• Operate a forklift as required (training provided).

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Technician

• 2–5 years of QA, manufacturing, or related industry experience preferred.
• Open to entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle repetitive, documentation-heavy tasks.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel;
  Oracle/Agile/WMS experience a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation for the Quality Assurance Technician

• Pay Rate: $21.50–$22.50/hr. (includes shift differentials)
• Contract role with potential to extend/convert
• Multiple shift availability (1st, 2nd, 3rd; training on 1st shift)
