- Telefonischer Kontakt mit Neu- und Bestandskunden (Inbound/Outbound)
- Beratung zu Abonnements, Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Aktiver Verkaufsabschluss mit Fokus auf individuelle und teambezogene Ziele
- Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und gezielte Angebotserstellung
- Beantwortung von Rückfragen und Einwandbehandlung
- Dokumentation von Verkaufsaktivitäten und Kundengesprächen im CRM-System
- Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb je nach Einsatzbetrieb möglich
- Erfahrung im Verkauf oder im telefonischen Kundenkontakt von Vorteil
- Freude am aktiven Verkauf und am Erreichen messbarer Ziele
- Überzeugendes, positives Auftreten und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Selbständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Tools
- Temporäre Einsätze mit fairer, leistungsgerechter Entlöhnung
- Möglichkeit auf eine spätere Festanstellung beim Einsatzbetrieb
- Home-Office-Möglichkeit an mindestens zwei Tagen pro Woche (je nach Einsatzbetrieb)
