Your start at Pure Gym

In this training role, you will actively work in the club, get to know our processes, and at the same time be introduced to business management topics. The training takes place in a dual system – in cooperation with our external training partner Online Trainer License.

The Online Trainer License is a state‑certified and accredited academy that offers practical and flexible training in the fitness and health sector. (more info at: OTL – Online Trainer License: State-certified Training)

The majority of your training will take place directly at Pure Gym in the club, where you will learn the practice from the ground up. Your goal is to take on responsibility step by step – up to the deputy management of a club.

Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

• You support and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the Pure Gym spirit throughout the entire facility.
• You check all club areas and ensure that all quality requirements for safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met.
• You regularly obtain information about Pure Gym news and market developments and support your Gym Manager in developing and implementing plans on how your club can assert itself in the market.
• You regularly lead live group fitness classes and assist in planning and introducing new class schedules.

What you bring:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least B2), additional languages are a plus.
• You are interested in business management contexts and are confident with Excel.
• You have a strong affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and are willing to take on deputy gym management tasks in the future.
• You enjoy customer contact and like working with people.
• You are motivated to take on new tasks.
• You are independent and enjoy working in a team.
