We are partnering with a nurturing, values‑driven primary school in Lytham to recruit an aspiring educator for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while gaining hands‑on experience.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons in an EYFS / KS1 setting.
• Lead 1‑on‑1 or small group interventions to boost learning.
• Help prepare classroom materials and vibrant displays.
• Support the social and emotional growth of children.
• Maintain open communication with parents and complete college coursework on time.

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (Required).
• A genuine desire to work with children and support their development.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to collaborate within a close‑knit team.
• Ability to commit to the full 18‑month apprenticeship duration.
