Salary: £30,000 per year (plus on call allowance)

09:00-17:30
Location:
Fully on-site in Lytham St Annes
Security Clearance: SC Clearance but candidate can start once their BPSS Clearance comes through.
We are recruiting for an experienced Onsite Services Engineer to join a busy IT support team delivering high-quality onsite and deskside support services. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and hands‑on hardware experience who enjoys working in customer‑facing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite/deskside and remote support within SLA targets
- Perform hardware break-fix, device replacements and IMAC activities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Manage ticket updates, escalations and user communication
- Support additional customer sites where required
- Previous IT Support, Deskside or Field Engineering experience
- Strong Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware support, networking and remote access technologies
- Exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft Office / Office 365 beneficial
- Strong communication, customer service and problem‑solving abilities
