Warton based role (Hybrid working)

£53.24 per hour Umbrella Inside IR35

6 Month Contract initially.

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based in Warton. Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office.

Typical duties include (but are not limited to):

• Strategic Test Leadership:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the entire value stream, aligning with business objectives, security requirements, and quality standards.
• Cross-Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Leads, Security Engineers, and other stakeholders across multiple product teams to embed quality and testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Test Process Definition and Improvement:
  Define, implement, and continuously improve testing processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile testing, BDD, TDD), and best practices across the value stream.
• Test Planning and Execution Oversight:
  Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data management strategies by the product teams.
• Risk and Issue Management:
  Identify, assess, and mitigate testing-related risks and issues across the value stream, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
