Stichting Kwintes zoekt een woonbegeleider in Maarssen om bewoners te ondersteunen op basis van persoonlijke begeleidingsplannen. Je werkt in een betrokken team dat 24/7 begeleiding biedt en draagt bij aan het welzijn van 23 bewoners met unieke verhalen.
Naast een goed salaris (tussen €2.804,- en €3.803,- bij 36 uur) biedt Kwintes ook opleidingen en een goede pensioenregeling. Je past je begeleiding aan op de behoeften van de cliënten en werkt samen om herstel te bevorderen.
