Stichting Timon zoekt een ervaren gezinsbehandelaar/casemanager voor TIM Stichtse Vecht in Maarssen. Je versterkt de gezinssituatie met planmatige hulpverlening en coördineert inzet van hulpverlening in samenspraak met het gezin en netwerk.
Je hebt een relevant HBO-diploma met SKJ-registratie en 4–5 jaar ambulante ervaring in jeugdhulpverlening. Rijbewijs B en auto zijn vereist; kantoor in Maarssen is goed bereikbaar.
