E-commerce Growth Marketer

At Lely, we are building the next generation of our commercial model. The Lely Store is an important pillar of our omnichannel strategy, making it easier for farmers to purchase the products and services they need while strengthening the role of Lely Centers throughout the customer journey.

As E-commerce Growth Marketer, you accelerate the commercial growth of the Lely Store. You combine data, customer insights and digital marketing expertise to attract qualified traffic, improve conversion and turn first-time customers into loyal users. Your focus is clear: creating measurable growth in customer engagement, repeat purchases and revenue.

You are part of the Lely Store team within Commerce Development and work closely with the Manager Lely Store, Product Owner E-commerce, Web Analyst, Marketing, Product Management, Clusters and Lely Centers. Together, you continuously improve the commercial performance of the Lely Store and help digital commerce become an increasingly important contributor to Lely’s growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition through channels such as email marketing, marketing automation, paid search, retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns, continuously optimising effectiveness and return on investment.
• Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing programmes, including onboarding, activation, reorder and retention journeys, using segmentation, personalisation and automated customer triggers.
• Analyse online customer behaviour and performance data to identify commercial opportunities, improve conversion funnels and translate insights into concrete growth initiatives.
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests together with the Web Analyst, using the results to continuously improve customer journeys, conversion and marketing effectiveness.
• Increase commercial value by developing initiatives that improve purchase frequency, average order value, customer lifetime value and share of wallet, while translating proposition launches into effective Store activation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Clusters and Lely Centers to align growth initiatives with commercial priorities, support market-specific ambitions and further strengthen Lely’s omnichannel approach.

You are a commercially driven digital marketer who enjoys turning customer behaviour and performance data into measurable results. You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mentality and are comfortable experimenting, learning and adjusting quickly in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce marketing or digital commerce, with demonstrable experience in driving online commercial growth.
• You have experience with customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing and understand how to optimise the complete digital customer journey.
• You are experienced with marketing automation and email marketing platforms and know how to use segmentation, personalisation and automated flows to activate and retain customers.
• You have strong analytical and commercial skills and are comfortable using customer, campaign and e-commerce performance data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
• You have experience with conversion optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing and know how to translate insights into improvements that deliver measurable business value.
• You are customer-focused, entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across teams, stakeholders, countries and markets in a fast-changing environment.
