Een vooruitstrevend bedrijf zoekt ervaren WMO consulenten die zich inzetten voor de eigen kracht van cliënten. In deze rol behandel je zowel eenvoudige als complexe aanvragen voor maatwerkvoorzieningen, waarbij je samenwerkt met wijkteams en andere organisaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van de zelfregie van cliënten en het onderhouden van een netwerk. Dit is een kans om een positieve impact te maken in de sociale dienstverlening en bij te dragen aan het Wmo-beleid.
