Back Office Support Intern
The challenge of the Back Office Support (BOS) team is to support other Bayer teams all over Europe in their service administrative, while assuring compliance and efficiency and driving customer satisfaction. We are the spider in the web between several departments such as Warehousing & Transportation, Accounting, Field Service, etc. In this position you will support the back office team in Maastricht.
During your internship you will be responsible for supporting the Back Office in handling queries and providing support where needed.
You will be joining a dynamic team in Maastricht with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Customer Service. The team is passionate for performance and delivering state of the art Service to our internal customers all over the globe. You will have a lot of freedom in your job and work in a fun team. The team is very diverse in both age and nationalities and we have an informal culture.
You have a lot of contact with your colleagues in different departments while coordinating efforts to provide great service.
- Accountable for entering service contract in our SAP system.
- Enter Purchase Orders for manual stock replenishment.
- Providing service information and order statuses to your internal customers.
- Support the field service engineers in their day to day operations.
- Support the Field Service administration processes by handling reports.
- Support in running projects.
- Quoting of spare parts and maintenance for injector repair.
- You are studying towards a degree in Business Economics, Commercial Economy, Marketing, Sales or a related study at a Dutch High School/University.
- You are available for at least 5 to 6 months, preferably as of September.
- Well‑developed communicative and collaborative skills.
- You are a flexible person who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Hands‑on approach and flexibility helps you in being customer focused.
- You have a high drive for results.
- You are advanced in English (written and spoken) and any other language is a plus.
- Some experience in the SAP and Salesforce program is a plus.
- Available for 4-5 days a week.
- You live max 60 minutes from Maastricht.
- An internship allowance of €500 per month for Bachelor students.
