We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Intern who will offer support to the Mosa Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities- Help organize internal or external customer events and actively participate.
- Assist in meeting customer needs and provide relevant product information.
- Support securing and logging relevant customer or project information in the Mosa CRM system.
- Help accept and register complaints and provide solutions for complaint handling.
- Support other team members and find opportunities for self-growth and improvement.
- Currently enrolled in a HBO Bachelor’s program with a commercial orientation.
- Intercultural awareness.
- Team player.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and German (optional).
- Enthusiasm for commercial strategies and customer service.
