In this challenging position as Customer Support Specialist you will work in a dynamic team of approximately 20 highly motivated colleagues in our international Order‑To‑Bill department in Maastricht. You will act as an ambassador for our Bayer Medical Care BV organization and ensure that Bayer’s direct customers receive the best possible service.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through maintaining positive relations with customers and delivering excellent levels of service via all contacts, written or verbal.
- Support the Order‑to‑Cash and reverse logistics processes at a customer level by executing order intake through various channels, entering orders in SAP, confirming and coordinating with credit management, supply‑chain and logistics teams and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including invoicing and returns management.
- Handle customer complaints, both internal and external, following the defined complaint processes.
- Collaborate closely with global and local functions within logistics, supply‑chain, master data, regulatory and legal departments to organise and execute orders.
- Provide support to Field Service Engineers.
- Assist the Sales department (Key Account Managers, Country Head, etc.).

Our radiology business unit is part of the Pharmaceuticals division and aims to become the solution provider in radiology by providing products and tools that enhance medical images.
WHO ARE YOU- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related subject or equivalent business experience; recent graduates are welcome.
- Perfect command of English and professional proficiency in one of Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish.
- Customer‑focused and service‑mindful with outstanding communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Organised and excellent at multitasking.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, sales and the medical environment adds value.
- Good practice in MS Office; SAP application experience is preferred.
- Gross annual salary between €40,000 and €48,000 based on 40 hours, including a 13th month and holiday allowance.
