Q-Park is op zoek naar een Medewerker klantenservice die bijdraagt aan een uitstekende klantbeleving in Maastricht. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en behandelt vragen over abonnementen, klachten en berichten op social media.
Je werkt in een hybride omgeving, zowel thuis als op kantoor in Maastricht, en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid. Een flexibele inzet, ook parttime, maakt deel uit van de functie.
