Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and complaints for the full range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. You will be the main interface between customers and the organization, addressing after-sales issues, product topics and general inquiries from 8:00 to 20:00.
You will work in an international, multilingual environment, assisting Italian-speaking customers while using telephone and email channels.
