Het Regionaal Service Centrum van Politie Nederland in Maastricht is op zoek naar een generalist intake & service voor het slachtofferloket. Je behandelt niet-spoedeisende meldingen en biedt professionele, zorgvuldige ondersteuning aan slachtoffers en betrokkenen.
Je werkt voornamelijk aan het slachtofferloket, beantwoordt vragen, geeft duidelijke informatie en registreert gegevens in systemen. Een mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau is vereist en je werkt 0,5 fte in een dynamische omgeving.
