APG in Heerlen zoekt een klantservicemedewerker die inhoudelijke vragen van pensioendeelnemers behandelt en hun persoonlijke situatie analyseert. De functie start met telefonisch klantcontact, gevolgd door training en uitbreiding naar e-mail en chat.
Je werkt in Heerlen en bouwt binnen circa zes maanden verdere pensioenkennis op. Je hebt HBO-denkniveau, ervaring in klantenservice en uitstekende Nederlandse taalbeheersing.
