Pilates Instructor

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and approachable Pilates Instructor who enjoys working with students. The ideal candidate has:

• Experience teaching Pilates classes.
• A recognised Pilates certification, such as BASI
  , STOTT Pilates
  , Polestar Pilates
  , or Balanced Body Education
  .
• The ability to teach in English.
• The ability to adapt classes to participants of different experience levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Availability to teach 1 hour class per week on Sundays
  , between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (exact time to be agreed upon).

• Working hours: 1 hour class per week on Sundays
  , between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM (exact time to be agreed upon).

• A one-year contract for 0.04 Fte (1 hour per week).
• The position is classified in salary scale, 7 according to the Dutch UFO-profile for Sports Instructor (level
  4). Depending on your experience, the gross monthly salary ranges from €3.057,- to €3.985,- based on a full-time appointment (38 hours per week). In addition, you will receive an 8.0% holiday allowance and an 8.3% year-end bonus.

The employment conditions of Maastricht University are largely governed by the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU), supplemented by local regulations specific to Maastricht University.

It is also possible to work on a freelance (self-employed/ZZP) basis.
