KVE Composites Repair is an EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organization specializing in the inspection, repair, and overhaul of composite aircraft components. With a strong reputation for precision and compliance, we are committed to safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Your role

Contribute actively to KVE’s ambition to deliver state‑of‑the‑art maintenance of composite aircraft components.

Implement , and maintain quality and safety standards, as well as internal procedures, in accordance with EASA Part-145 (and Part-IS).

Collaborate with the entire KVE Composites Repair team to ensure quality and safety throughout all stages of component maintenance.

Occurrence and safety reporting (internal and external), plan and lead quality and safety audits, and drive investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you have a strong passion for continuous improvement within the aerospace industry. You bring at least 5 years of experience in aviation (Maintenance or Continuing Airworthiness). You possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis. You are accurate, proactive, and an effective communicator. You are able to identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and take decisive action.

In addition, you have:

  • Hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in Aerospace, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have experience with composite materials (preferred).
  • Are comfortable working in an English‑speaking environment.
  • Are willing to travel, including to countries in Asia.
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and to share knowledge.
