Role and Responsibilities Act as the quality interface for customers in EMEA: support customer audits, quality reviews, complaints and corrective actions.
Lead structured root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone).
Translate customer quality requirements into clear internal actions and standards.
Represent Nordson EFD professionally during on‑site customer visits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Operations and Quality.
Analyze production, assembly and logistics processes to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Support and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO‑based).
Contribute to internal audits, KPI monitoring and data‑driven improvement initiatives.
Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
Skills and Qualifications HBO degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong command of English (spoken and written);
German and Dutch language skills are a plus.
Experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (estimated 30%).
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred (ISO 13485 and/or ISO 15378 are a plus).
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
Experience with customer audits and complaint handling is preferred.
Knowledge of plastic molding processes and/or technical assembly operations is preferred.
VCA‑VOL certification or willingness to obtain.
Experience working in an international, matrix organization is preferred.
Continuous improvement mindset aligned with operational excellence.
Pragmatic, hands‑on and solution‑oriented.
Clear and professional communicator, internally and externally.
Able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
Comfortable operating at the interface between customer, quality and operations.
