A proactive engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
Comfortable working with data and translating insights into practical maintenance solutions.
Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams.
Fluent in English.
What you bring
MBO+ or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or asset management.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies, spare parts optimization, and CMMS systems.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience with TPM, VDM, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
