Ontwerpen en borgen van het productieproces voor nieuwe producten (NPI).
Vastleggen en optimaliseren van procesflow; risico’s reduceren via (P)
FMEA, Control Plan en SPC.
DfX-terugkoppeling leveren in (interne/externe) ontwikkelteams voor kwaliteit, logistiek, techniek en kosten.
Prototypes en pilots realiseren en kwalificeren richting volumeproductie; technisch aanspreekpunt voor productie.
Technische vrijgave van nieuwe productdocumentatie en maakbaarheid.
Tooling-specificaties opstellen en realisatie coördineren.
Tekeningen/CAD analyseren en vertalen naar een maakbaar procesplan.
HBO (bij voorkeur Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar).
3–5 jaar ervaring in de maakindustrie (discrete productie).
Aantoonbare kennis van procesbeheersing: procesflow, (P)
FMEA, Control Plan, SPC.
Sterk in technische communicatie (NL & EN).
