Een zorgorganisatie in Limburg zoekt een enthousiaste Ondersteunend begeleider voor 24-36 uur per week. Jouw rol is om cliënten te ondersteunen in hun zelfredzaamheid en bijdragen aan een fijne groepssfeer. Je biedt ondersteuning in dagelijkse taken en signaleert veranderingen in hun gezondheid. Een relevant mbo-3 zorgdiploma en affiniteit met de doelgroep zijn vereist. In ruil krijg je een salaris conform cao GGZ en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
