Summary Of Duties To assist the Compliance Office in administering Merit’s Global Compliance Policy, including the monitoring and enforcement of Merit’s Corporate Integrity Agreement. Will act as a liaison with all Merit employees seeking to engage with healthcare professionals (“HCPs”), to ensure that all engagements are in compliance with Merit’s policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities Participates in and provides compliance support for projects and initiatives with moderate to high risk to identify, assess and mitigate compliance risk in business activities.
