As a business analyst you are working in a team led by the project manager taking up task and responsibilities independently. These tasks are data gathering, data analysis, gap analysis, solution design, testing, stakeholder management, collaboration, convincing and providing purpose to the project stakeholders, implementing change in the global DHL express organization.

Internship Eligible Criteria:
Enrolled Student or Graduate for no longer than 24 months.

Working directly with the DHL Express Finance Business Project Organization (BPO) project team supporting the day-to-day project portfolio management.

Tasks will include:

Project kick off with stakeholders

Data gathering and GAP analysis

Critical thinking and finding solutions to close gaps Convincing and providing purpose to get buy in from main stakeholders in the project

Testing new setup and solving issues that come up during testing - providing innovative ideas to problems

Guiding the country stakeholders through the release/go live of the new process/tool Closing the hyper-care successfully and realizing the expected benefits
