As an operator baker, you will perform your duties in a large manufacturing company within the food industry.
The duties of an operator baker include:
- Setting up and converting the dough machine
- Operating and adjusting the bakery machine.
- Weighing out and mixing raw materials
- Sensing and adjusting dough so that it can be processed properly
- Solving minor malfunctions
- Keeping the workplace clean
As an operator baker, you will have experience within the food industry and have some technical knowledge. Further requirements needed to start as operator baker are:
- Living in the Maastricht area
- Experience on the EPT & forklift truck
- Accurate and careful
- Socially involved
- Hands-on mentality
Our client is a family business which started in 1906. Over the years they have developed from a traditional bakery to a producer of a wide range of cookie specialties. They now supply customers all over the world!
If working well as an operator baker, this is a long-term position.
Working conditions:
- €15,93 gross per hour, excluding allowances.
- Working hours initially in two shifts, after training transferred to three shifts
- Pension accrual
- Vacations
- Work clothes
