As Manufacturing Team Lead
, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ±15 manufacturing associates
• Drive daily production activities in a GMP cleanroom environment
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and batch documentation
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Manufacturing Compliance teams
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement
• Work in a 5-shift manufacturing schedule

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing
• Experience with in Cell Therapy, ATMP, Biopharma, Biotechnology, or Advanced Therapies
• Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic manufacturing, deviations, and CAPAs
• Hands-on manufacturing mindset with strong people leadership skills
• Fluent in English

• Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 gross per year
• 27% shift allowance (included for pension and holiday pay calculations)
• Initial 12-month contract with intention of permanent employment
