The Aircraft Composite Repair Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, modifications, and inspections on composite components of various aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composite materials and possess the technical expertise to ensure the structural integrity and safety of aircraft components.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Composite Repair Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities- Perform composite repairs on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, control surfaces, and fairings.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to determine repair procedures and specifications.
- Use precision tools and equipment to prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, and fabricate composite patches.
- Follow established repair processes and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Document all repair activities, including work performed, materials used, and inspection results.
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and other team members to troubleshoot complex repair issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in composite repair preferred.
- Experience in aircraft composite repair or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in composite repair techniques, including wet layup, vacuum bagging, and autoclave curing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Familiarity with aerospace regulations and industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
- Driving license (B).
