The Aircraft Composite Repair Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, modifications, and inspections on composite components of various aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of composite materials and possess the technical expertise to ensure the structural integrity and safety of aircraft components.

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Composite Repair Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform composite repairs on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, control surfaces, and fairings.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to determine repair procedures and specifications.
  • Use precision tools and equipment to prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, and fabricate composite patches.
  • Follow established repair processes and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Document all repair activities, including work performed, materials used, and inspection results.
  • Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and other team members to troubleshoot complex repair issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in composite repair preferred.
  • Experience in aircraft composite repair or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in composite repair techniques, including wet layup, vacuum bagging, and autoclave curing.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulations and industry standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
  • Driving license (B).
