Maastricht University invites applications for a PhD project focused on developing a testing strategy to evaluate the safety of herbal food supplements. You will investigate hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, genotoxicity, and endocrine disruption using human-relevant in vitro models and bioassays, including LC‑MS/MS and GC‑MS analyses.
