- Je verkoopt duurzame premiumproducten en biedt uitstekende service.
- Je bent gastheer/-vrouw – je laat je klanten zich onderdompelen in de lifestyle-wereld van Marc O'Polo en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich thuis voelen.
- Je begeleidt en adviseert klanten actief bij het kiezen van producten en de hele look.
- Je houdt omzetdoelen in het oog – met jouw verkoopvaardigheden (Selling Skills) draag je eraan bij deze te bereiken.
- Je vult artikelen aan en presenteert deze volgens de richtlijnen van het Visual Merchandise-team (presenteren van producten).
- Je werkt zelfstandig met het kassasysteem, RFID en onze CRM-software.
- Je geeft jouw kennis over de actuele collectie door aan (nieuwe) collega's.
- De samenwerking met teams van de afdelingen Winkelondersteuning (Retail Support), Inkoop (Buying), Allocatie (Allocation), Verkooptraining (Sales Training) en het hoofdkantoor (Headquarter) verrijkt je werk nog eens extra.
