Lidl Nederland zoekt een supermarketmanager voor een filiaal in Maastricht. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor financiën, commercie en operaties, coacht een team van circa 35 collega’s en zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke winkel en volle schappen.
Samen met het filiaalmanagementteam vertaal je jaardoelstellingen naar wekelijkse doelen en bewaak je klanttevredenheid. Je werft en begeleidt medewerkers, denkt mee over verbetering en vertegenwoordigt Lidl als betrouwbaar merk.
