Volunteer Guided Access Arrangement (BOR) M/F in South Limburg
As a volunteer you provide practical assistance in complying with the agreements regarding contact arrangements.
Responsibilities- Support your divorced parents in implementing the contact arrangements
- Put the child's interests first
- Ensure a positive and relaxed atmosphere in which children and parents feel free together
- Offer parenting tips if parents wish
- Have experience working with children
- Be stress‑resistant
- Adopt a neutral attitude between parents
- Listen well without imposing your own opinion
- Be available one day per week/14 days (after school and/or during the weekend)
- Be willing to participate in periodic training
- Put the Humanitas values into practice
- A car is convenient but not necessary
- Challenging and interesting work in your spare time
- Membership in a dynamic organization
- Mandatory and periodic training that applies to the target group
- Individual guidance from a coordinator
- Accident and third party insurance
- Travel and expense allowance, no parking allowance
