VIGO groep zoekt een ambulant begeleider voor het team Maastricht/Heuvelland. Je werkt aan leef- en zorgplannen, begeleidt psychisch kwetsbare burgers en stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en sociale participatie.
Je werkt 24–28 uur per week van 09:00–17:00 en geniet van vrije weekenden. Salaris volgens CAO GGZ FWG 45 (min. €3.180, max. €4.273). Referenties en diploma’s controleren hoort bij het sollicitatieproces.
