LEVANTOgroep zoekt een Ondersteunend Begeleider Ambulant voor 16-24 uur per week in de regio Maastricht. Je ondersteunt jongeren en volwassenen met diverse problematiek in hun eigen leefomgeving en werkt tussen 08.00 en 19.00 uur op afroep van cliënten.
Je bent gewend om zelfstandig te werken, signaleert veranderingen en stemt af met de Persoonlijk Begeleider. Je werkt nauw samen met het ambulante team en draagt bij aan een veilig woonklimaat.
