Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a Maintenance Operative to support our growing team at Mablethorpe Chalet and Caravan Park. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented environments. The position is full time, 5 days per week, which will involve some weekend rota work.

The Tingdene Group is made up of 5 business units
- Residential Parks, Leisure Parks, Marinas, Boat Sales and Floating homes, so there’s never a dull day here. • General estate maintenance
• Help to maintain a clean and safe Park environment by, cleaning and tidying of public areas, weeding, landscaping, waste control etc
• Maintaining all Park planter areas, ensuring these are all well kept and weed free at all times
• Ensuring all Park pathways are neatly edges and free from weeds and grass growth
• Undertake weekly and monthly Health and Safety Inspections
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs to all estate building, concessions and park owned accommodation
• Assist with daily checks of the park and report any obvious problems such as water leaks etc.

• A full-time permanent role (5 days/40 hours per week including some weekend rota work)
