What Youll Be Doing
- Carrying out advanced clinical assessments and managing patients with a wide range of health needs
- Delivering high quality, patient-centred care in line with practice guidelines
- Working closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
- Supporting patients with health education, self-management, and preventative care
- Taking part in ongoing professional development to keep your skills and knowledge up to date
- Experience working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (or similar) within primary care

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Marisco Medical Practice.
We aspire to offer exceptional care to our 14,500 patients and are innovative in our approach to developing new teams and pathways to ever improve how general practice is delivered.
We have a friendly and supportive team of more than 90 staff, with 6 GP's and 2 long term Locums, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates, Healthcare Assistants, Phlebotomist, Clinical Pharmacists, Counsellors and our range of administrative staff.
We are seeking an ANP for 37.5 hours per week who will be required to work between the hours of 8.00am - 6.30pm at either our Mablethorpe or Sutton-on-Sea.
The successful candidates will undertake an Enhanced DBS check and be subject to pre-employment checks.
A full clean driving licence and business insurance is essential for this role.
