Full‑Time Instructor – Premier Martial Arts
Job Summary:
An instructor with Premier Martial Arts (PMA) is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day‑to‑day martial arts instruction. An outgoing, leadership‑driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible and is always a student themselves.
A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.
- Lead instruction of high‑energy, benefit‑driven, and “edutaining” classes.
- Assist with student tracking, rankings, and reporting to determine graduation windows and overall progress.
- Assist with the creation of curriculum that follows PMA guidelines for instruction.
- Organize and execute student graduation classes.
- Work with the Head Instructor to complete class planning and management.
- Assist with the execution of initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsor ships.
- Participate in special events as scheduled.
- Successful class management and student development includes:
Group intros; drills for skills; inclusion of Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson program;
Life Lesson BBE Mat Chats; stripe tests.
