Field Service Technician

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical power systems such as UPS, PDU, STS.
• Ensure continuous, reliable operation of mission‑critical infrastructure for data centers, hospitals, telecoms, etc.
• Perform service tasks, identify technical problems, and conduct analysis through remote or on‑site activities (installation, maintenance, repair, engineering, consulting, advanced services, upgrades, replacements).
• Deliver service work in line with customer orders and expectations, building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate, prepare, and ensure availability of materials, parts, and equipment that meet quality standards.
• Identify potential equipment failures proactively, troubleshoot failures, and recommend preventative actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or Technology) with 1+ yr experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 3+ yr experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ yr equivalent experience.
• Advanced communication skills (written & verbal).
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Moderate project‑management skills with MS Project or Excel.
• Ability to write detailed test plans and reports.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Work authorization permitting employment in the U.S.

Estimated range: $57,400 – $91,840 annually.
