Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical power systems such as UPS, PDU, STS.
- Ensure continuous, reliable operation of mission‑critical infrastructure for data centers, hospitals, telecoms, etc.
- Perform service tasks, identify technical problems, and conduct analysis through remote or on‑site activities (installation, maintenance, repair, engineering, consulting, advanced services, upgrades, replacements).
- Deliver service work in line with customer orders and expectations, building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate, prepare, and ensure availability of materials, parts, and equipment that meet quality standards.
- Identify potential equipment failures proactively, troubleshoot failures, and recommend preventative actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or Technology) with 1+ yr experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 3+ yr experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ yr equivalent experience.
- Advanced communication skills (written & verbal).
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Moderate project‑management skills with MS Project or Excel.
- Ability to write detailed test plans and reports.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Work authorization permitting employment in the U.S.
