• Greet residents warmly and assist with seating as needed.
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner.

• Adhere to community policies and procedures, including infection control and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dining service, hospitality, or restaurant setting (experience in senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with a compassionate and respectful approach to serving seniors.
