- Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, including merchandising, stocking, and supporting customers.
- Support the cash register and switch to front‑end duties as needed.
- Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting with customers, associates, and leaders.
- Manage sales transactions and secure cash to protect company assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments highly preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills required.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills required.
- High level of integrity required.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.
