- Answer sales and operational calls, assisting and taking ownership of customer needs.
- Assist customers with product questions and any customer service needs as well as new sale needs. Assist walk-in customers with customer service and over the counter sales needs.
- Generate and assist in processing work orders.
- Prepare purchase orders for materials needed from outside vendors
- Prepare purchase orders for materials to be fabricated internally in one of our shops
- Assist the Accounting Department as needed.
- Assist project managers as requested.
- Handles customers’ inquiries/requests in a timely manner.
- Maintains a safe work environment.
- Demonstrates behaviors aligned with our Core Values at all times.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within the guidelines assigned.
- High energy with a professional customer service attitude.
- Have general knowledge of the fence industry and its nomenclature.
- Proficient level of computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage various opportunities/projects simultaneously.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Possess decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.
