We offer a $1,500 sign‑on bonus for in‑state applicants and $2,500 for out‑of‑state applicants.

The Light Duty Tow Truck Driver will operate a commercial towing and recovery vehicle with a GVWR of less than 25,999 lbs. A valid driver’s license for the specific vehicle and tow combination is required.

• Drive and perform duties via interstate for towing, recovery, and/or transport.
• Maintain a professional customer service and demeanor at all times.
• Communicate and work closely with Dispatch.
• Complete a daily vehicle inspection sheet and identify any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety requirements, DOT rules and regulations.
• Report mechanical issues with trucks and trailers at discovery.
• Use software and computer programs such as Samsara, GPS, and Tow Book.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic technology skills, including GPS and company software.

• Basic mechanical skills and tool usage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Relevant trade school accreditation in towing, recovery or transport.
• At least two (2) years of commercial driving experience.
• CDL Class A or
  
  B.
• Basic mechanical skill and tool use.

Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant hand use, significant bending, reaching, and climbing. Exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor elements such as extreme cold and heat. Moderate workplace noise. Must lift over 50 lbs and have no lifting restrictions.
