Schedule: Multiple Shifts ( 1st. 2nd, 3rd)

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Package Handler to join our team at the eCommerce Center in Mableton, GA. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our logistics network, ensuring that customer packages are processed, sorted, and loaded efficiently and safely. This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a warehouse environment.

• Sort, scan, and route incoming and outgoing packages based on destination and shipping requirements.
• Load and unload packages from trailers, delivery trucks, and conveyor systems.
• Inspect packages for damage, verify shipping labels, and ensure accurate processing.
• Move pallets, containers, and materials using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain package flow to support on-time customer deliveries.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, package handling, loading/unloading, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and handheld devices is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and repetitive package handling.
• Ability to work continuously on the warehouse floor throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a distribution center environment.
• Ability to safely move packages, pallets, and containers as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Package Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

• Package Sorting & Processing:
  Sort, scan, and route incoming and outgoing packages based on destination codes.
• Loading & Unloading:
  Safely load and unload packages from trailers, trucks, and conveyor systems.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect packages for damage, verify labels, and ensure accuracy in sorting to prevent delivery delays.
• Material Handling:
  Move heavy pallets and containers using manual equipment like pallet jacks.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintain a clean workstation, and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
