THE ROLE You'll manage a varied portfolio of clients, preparing accounts and tax work while building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses with turnovers ranging from start-ups through to approximately £3 million or beyond Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts
• Preparing management accounts
• Corporation tax computations and returns
• Personal tax returns and self-assessment
• VAT returns
• Bookkeeping where required
• Liaising directly with clients and HMRC
• Responding to client queries and providing day-to-day accounting support
