LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team based at our dealership in Macclesfield. As a Warranty Administrator, you will oversee the warranty processes for our vehicles, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction by managing warranty documentation and supplier communications effectively.

Salary: £30,666
Key Responsibilities- Accurately processing warranty claims for vehicle repairs and services
- Reviewing claims to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintaining communication with both customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
- Keeping comprehensive records of all transactions and claims
- Assisting in the training of staff on warranty procedures and policies
- Staying informed on new warranty regulations and applying them accordingly
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive sector
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- The capacity to work collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with warranty management software and systems
