Administrator, Office Administrator​/ Coordinator, Administrative​/Clerical

We are working with a Fleet Maintenance Company who provide fleet maintenance, service and repair to a whole host of industries up and down the UK. Due to growth and more work, our client now needs to appoint a strong administrative person to facilitate fleet admin duties.

Day to day you will be liaising with company's who have services booked in, moving service slots, rebooking. Speaking to the vehicle engineers out on the road, organising their schedule, playing a vital link within the whole operation. No 2 days are the same and the environment is fast paced and changing.

To be successful you must possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, good on Microsoft products, able to work in a reactive moving environment.

Our client works Monday - Friday and the office is open between 8.00am - 5.00pm. The working day is 8-4, or 9-5.

The office vibe is motivated, enjoyable and suits those with a work hard play hard approach.
