About the Role

As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they have been introduced by the sales team
  • Communicating financial and insurance information in a clear, accurate and compliant way
  • Supporting daily sales activities and contributing to overall performance goals
  • Engaging in first and second‑facing customer conversations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to offer new and used vehicles, alongside additional products such as finance packages, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
  • Consistently delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and customer‑focused experience
What You’ll Need

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role
  • An understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
  • A genuine passion for customer service, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement
  • Experience building positive relationships and navigating confident, constructive conversations
  • Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
