Automotive Parts Advisor – No Weekends

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with zero weekend work? Join our dedicated, office-based support team in Adlington
, where you will play a vital role in keeping our massive nationwide mobile fleet moving.

What

  • Salary: £28,000 per annum + Monthly Attendance Bonuses
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break).
    Absolutely no weekend work required!

What you will be doing:
  • Parts Sourcing & Logistics: Accurately identifying, allocating, and ordering correct automotive parts via online supplier portals, while coordinating collections and monitoring delivery lead times.
  • Technical Support: Assisting our 150+ mobile engineers out in the field with precise part identification for their scheduled maintenance and repair jobs.
  • Stock Control: Maintaining an organized parts inventory at the office and efficiently processing parts returns with suppliers.
  • Customer Care: Handling incoming parts inquiries professionally and promptly via email to maintain smooth daily operations.

Requirements: An essential background working within an automotive parts environment is required, alongside a strong understanding of vehicle components and light commercial vehicles. You must be highly computer literate and confident using online parts ordering portals.
