Your new company You'll be joining a well-established and highly respected organisation within the civils and construction sector in Preston. The business has a strong pipeline of infrastructure and public-sector projects and is continuing to invest in its work-winning function. They are open to candidates from both a civils background and a broader construction background, and they are happy to consider applicants up to Bid Manager level.

Your new role You will play a key role in producing high-quality, compelling submissions for civils projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing clear, persuasive and compliant bid responses. Leading on PCQ submissions and framework documentation. Creating and maintaining team CVs for project bids. Working closely with operational, commercial and technical teams to gather information and shape strong narratives. Supporting continuous improvement of bid libraries and templates. What you'll need to succeed Experience writing bids within civils or construction. Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from various stakeholders. A proactive, organised and collaborative approach. Ambition to grow within a supportive work-winning team.
