Klipboard is hiring a customer support specialist to be the first line of contact for clients using our SAAS platforms Autowork eCommerce and Autowork Go. Based in the UK, you will handle queries via email, live chat and phone, guide customers, and coordinate with product teams to resolve issues.
You’ll join a collaborative team, use Freshdesk for ticketing, and help expand our knowledge base. We value clear communication, problem solving, and the ability to work well in a hybrid environment.
